Jay always gives professional service at the best price. I’m always in and out in roughly 20 minutes, except that one time where my iPhone 6 battery fizzled and popped!! Jay leapt back with catlike reflexes and in the end offered me an iPhone 8 at discount price because he felt responsible for the death of my phone. A true phone doctor that does no harm and helps the community. Thanks for all that you do, Jay!!

This place did a good job repairing my iPhone. It only took them an hour to repair the phone. I liked that. And they went out of their way to make sure the phone was finished quickly because there was a date I had to be at, but it didn't quite finish in time before I had to leave for this other appointment. That's fine, though. There are still many other fast phone repair places that can serve customers just as quickly if this one did not happen to fit into my schedule on that day.

This is a business man that goes beyond normal practice to fulfill the customers needs!
Example: He was willing to pay for overnight shipping on battery that was needed for a $75 repair bill, thus destroying any profit from the repair.

Well, this was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had getting my phone fixed. Jay was incredibly helpful and gracious. Jay really knows what he’s doing, and he’s a total sweetheart. He’s been in this industry for over 10 years and know everything about fixing phones and other electronics. On top of it he has THE BEST selection of the CUTEST phone cases. What an amazing business. My mom recently died and I couldn't use my phone. Jay hooked me right on up. Took about a day and now I'm back to using my phone like regular again. I had the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note replaced. The quality of the work was great and the customer service was even better. The owner was very nice, very fair and clearly wanted what was best for the customer. I will be going here for any sort of phone problem I have from now on!! Jay is the man!

Jay has helped me at least 4 times, previously with iPhone screen & mic issues. This time, he really got me out of a bind. He totally expedited replacement of my Macbook battery, which saved me hours of work on the weekend. He finished the work -literally- 5 times faster than Apple would have, under half their cost.

I forgot my screen lock and he bypassed it for me. Able to use my phone. He can unlock phones. ALMOST ANYTHING, with any phone.

I woke up in a drunken haze on New Years Day, (40 minutes late for work because my alarm clock didn't go off due to my phone being COMPLETELY shattered between the blurred events of the night.) No idea what happened but my phone seriously looked in worse condition than me, like it had been ran over by a damn garbage truck.

I looked around at my options to get a new screen for my iPhone 6. After making a couple calls I spoke with Jay at A2Z Wireless his price was on the low end of the prices I was being quoted and Jay was able to answer all my questions confidently. The hours of operation were very accommodating. I also liked the fact that he had a store front.
I was really impressed with the speed (about 15 minutes) and quality replacement of my screen.
Bonus - nice little Mexican place next to A2Z. My boys and I grabbed a bite to eat while we were there.
