Everyone at AKW Medical was awesome to work with. From the owner to the delivery workers. The prices are also great for practices that are interested in refurbished products. The quality is also excellent and by far better than other refurbished products in the area. The pandemic has slowed shipping times down quite a bit, but AKW was always responsive with updates and ETAs. I'm glad that I now have a relationship with this company!

Our Outpatient Surgery Center has used AKW since at least 2010. They perform all of our preventative maintenance and repairs - we've also purchased plenty of medical equipment from them over the years. As a family owned business with over 30 years of experience they know their stuff! Even getting us through an accreditation survey where the surveyor was giving us a hard time. I called Ronnie he stepped up and was 100% correct when it came to the anesthesia machine and we passed. Our Plastic Surgery Center has AKW come out every year to inspect and calibrate our Anesthesia Machine along with many other Operating Room Equipment. They are punctual, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Robbie calibrated our Anesthesia machine this past Friday and we had to reschedule twice with him because we had add-on surgeries last minute. He was very understanding and did not charge us a fee. We also had questions about our Endoscopic Endobrow equipment and he helped us order a new scope. What a helpful GUY!

Our owner talked to their owner last year about their outrageous calibration bill. They calibrated things we didn't even asked for like the refridgerator, tables, chairs, etc. Their bill/invoice doesn't have any itemization nor a calibration report for their customers. It's just a big fat bill saying you owe us. Our owner talked to them last year in regards to it. This year it happened again. Talking about poor business ethics and professionalism. How do you not provide a calibration report when you're suppose to and even when the customer asked for it, they just dodged the

Extremely unreliable!
I purchased something from AKW on eBay on November 14th for $2,500 and the estimated delivery date was November 21st. I didn't receive the item and by November 25th it was showing that it still hadn't been shipped. When I contacted them by phone, I was told that they no longer had the item and they would refund my credit card. Apparently they sold it to someone else. Beware....they obviously feel it's ok to sell one item to multiple buyers!
