I have a neighbor that has been harassing me since last year. My apt manager wouldn't help by giving me his name and info so that I can get a restraining order. I called OPS CONSULTING and JONATHAN helped me without delay, with a price that no other PI's could beat. Jonathan was patient, professional, understanding and made the process easy "for dummies".
