People ask, how can you listen to people's problems all day? We prefer to think of it as listening to people's hearts and minds and then finding solutions all day long. Each of us holds a minimum of a masters degree in psychology or a counseling specialty from a fully-accredited graduate or post-graduate institution, as well as other training and life experiences that help us relate to all kinds of people.
All of our therapists are trained to work on a one-to-one basis, including with women, men, children and adolescents struggling with a variety of personal issues. Individual therapy helps resolve difficulties such as depression, anxiety, sexual compulsion, relationship problems and anger management.
A non-court ordered, comprehensive approach to address anger and it's underlying causes. This group utilizes a number of research-based topics to help every person learn practical skills to work on anger and also process all aspects of yourself to develop self-awareness for true and lasting change within yourself and your relationships.
