Marcio was very professional and gave us a spot on estimate. He instantly found things that no other contractor spotted. He and Marquinho was courteous and professional. They finished in a good time period and cleaned up daily(as much as possible in a construction site!) My father in law is a retired carpenter and meticulously inspected their work as they went.

We worked with Marcio to renovate our 100 year old house before we moved in. From the start, Marcio was dependable, on time and always reasonable. Marcio provided expert input on our project, making suggestions like widening doorways to make the house feel more open, and was never phased by any surprise we uncovered as the work continued. Marcio and his team painted the house inside and out, redid all of the floors and installed a breathtaking Shaker fireplace (among many other custom upgrades). We interviewed 6 contractors and are so happy we went with Marcio at Custom Pro Home Improvements. Marcio and his team remodeled 3 bathrooms, re-finished wood flooring throughout, built a beautiful wood stair case, new wood moldings and painted most of the house. His team was considerate during Co-vid, prompt and did a great job with everything. We are excited to begin the kitchen renovation which Marcio helped design and also new siding and a new roof on the outside of the house coming up.

We used Marcio several years ago when we needed to upgrade a bedroom suite and bathroom. Not only did Marcio provide superb workmanship but the installation went seamlessly and was priced reasonably. So it was with that in mind that we've just hired him to do a complete kitchen remodel on our almost 100 year old house. Marcio has bent over backward to help us design the new space--even going as far as hauling his desktop computer loaded with software that provides 3-D renderings to our house to help us "see" the new kitchen. Our project in Eastchester involved a bathroom remodel, replastering interior walls, painting, and hardwood floor installation. Marcio and his coworkers did an outstanding job. Marcio is polite, attentive to detail, and has a thorough knowledge of home repair/renovation. He also has excellent communications skills. Communication was particularly important in this project, since we lived out of state. Marcio would e mail photos to us of the renovation project regularly, documenting the progress. Marcio also has a good sense of design, making helpful suggestions and changes to the original plans

I had a great experience with Custom Pro Home Improvement. When I decided to renovate my kitchen I was expecting my second child. Marcio was reliable, always on time and someone you can trust. He was never too busy to talk to you. He is also very creative and with his design expertise he will help you with ideas for your projects and when most people say its a difficult experience to have any kind of home improvement in your house... I don't say this often but Marcio will prove you wrong.
