Services
The Annual Contract is for the full year and includes weekly house checks, below 25 degrees daily house checks, checks for forcible entry, checking property during storms, checking plumbing and heating, trash and recycling upon request, and 24 hour on-call availability for alarm signals. Discount for additional services.
