I was seeking records for the well on a property we were considering. I'm so grateful I thought to call Fogle. Kathy and Dave were responsive, kind, and helpful - even though I know they were busy. I was impressed by how much time they took to look up records, explain the details, and educate me on wells. They were thorough and easy to understand. They seemed to appreciate all my questions and care as much as I did. I don't know enough but suspect their costs are fair just because Dave told me a couple of things he didn't think I needed to spend money on (so they're not taking advantage of ignorance

So here I am, minding my own business, sitting in my little minivan while I wait for my boyfriend to come out of O'Reilly's in Spokane. Parked next to a big, nice Fogle truck. All of a sudden this large man and an obviously well kept woman come out and he knocked into my van with no acknowledgement. Ok, fine. Right behind him comes the well kept woman carrying a rather nice purse that she proceeded to knock into the side of my van when she opened the door for him. Again, no acknowledgement. It's been made obvious to me that this company makes too much money to care about anybody else or their belongings

If I could, I’d give them no stars. Had the same experience as Lynne Shepard’s. 500ft no water! Was rushed into drilling and they did not care where our much respected Witcher (with 30yrs experience) had found several spots with easy water. They were only worried about where their rig could easily fit (flat land) and refused to take our notes the Witcher had given us. They didn’t seem to think it was important at all (The Witcher was even highly recommended by our Rep at Fogle). Have contacted several other well drillers (including Fogle Cashmere!) who said they could easily have drilled

If you need a new water well or professional guidance and well service this is the company you want doing the work. I have been a fogle customer for 11 years now. They drilled our well, installed our soft water system and our reverse osmosis drinking water system. We have had lightning strike our well and Fogle was here in less than 24 hours. They are service oriented and have yet to have an unfavorable encounter with any employee. There colville store is well stocked with all your water well needs

We had a 150 foot well dug and the pump attached for a generator. Fogel was very professional yet still gave that small community feel by their willing to get everything perfect. It seemed they were a little on the expensive side but believe me, you get what you pay for... they were worth every single penny!! There was a few problems with the terrian since our cabin is on a hill and getting their rig to the planned site.. They did so much to give us exactly what we wanted and we are so happy with them. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Just a quick update to my 5 star review: got there a little earlier than opening time (Google had incorrect time for winter hours) employee opened the door and took care of my needs with patience and professionalism. The Fogle Family should be proud of their staff. *I recommend 100% for all your well/water needs.
Additionally 2 years ago had a full water treatment system installed in our new home near Colville National Forest. The system is flawless and had met out needs completely.
