They tow my car on a Saturday, I called on Sunday to ask if they were going to charge me while my car was at their location they said yes 65 dollars a day. So I said ok Im going to pick up my car now and they said they're closed on Sunday. How can you charge me on Sunday if you are not giving me the opportunity to get my car? they told me it's not their fault that I had an accident on the weekend.

Tow truck driver was amazing, in a snow storm he did everything he could and more to help my daughter. Thank you very much. I MUST ADD TO THIS POST, THAT THIS COMPANY,THEIR TOW TRUCK DRIVER SAVED MY DAUGHTER LIFE. SHE CRIES TO THIS DAY WHEN SHE SPEAKS ABOUT THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER WHO SAVED MY LIFE. THAT NIGHT I TOLD THIS DRIVER PLEASE HELP MY DAUGHTER SHE HAS BEEN FREEZING IN THE CAR SINCE 9 PM. IT WAS 5 AM. HE DIDN'T EVEN HESITATE, HE GOT TO MY BABY. I COULD NOT EVER THANK U ALL ENOUGH.

I called AAA and AAA assigned these people to me after I was auto-locked out of my car with keys in the car and car running in 15° weather
This company refused service leaving me stranded and is unacceptable and inhumane to leave a young woman in 15° weather after waiting for almost an hour
I give them one star because trust me I would not even give them a star is unacceptable service
An insult to injury when I called the office of this company the secretary was extremely rude and told me it was my fault
