A Great American driver will pickup the items and log them into our computerized tracking system. On the next designated delivery day our driver will bring back your clean items and place them in agreed location. Our sealed packaging allows you to view your gown and veil at any time, while protecting the gown from mold, mildew, insect damage and oxidation. The inner box is placed in an attractive, durable, long-term storage chest for additional safety.

I have use them a couple times. They are conveniently located near Trader Joe’s in El Cerrito Plaza. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been happy with the results of all the things I’ve had clean there which include a huge comforter, some outdoor cushions that looked brand new when I got them, and a prized sweater.

After many years of doing business with them, they lost my blouse and never have done anything to compensate me or even apopogize although I have reached out multiple times and requested assistance. They just said "oh we will look for it and we will call you" but never called and that went on for months. I find this very disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has lowered my opinion of this business.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for dry cleaning/laundry service. I set up a house account for a rental property and couldn’t be happier with the service. I receive a text each week if there’s a pickup that I can easily respond to. All linens come back fresh, folded and ready for use. Dry cleaning has also always been professional and high quality. Customer service and communication is strong. Would highly recommend.

I take my down comforter here for washing. It’s always clean and fresh and well worth not trying to do it myself. Dry cleaning always comes back looking great. Highly recommend this business. They have done alterations for me in the past and I’ve always been pleased with the results.

Great American Cleaner always does a great job on dry cleaning/laundry but they are professional, fast service and kind. Been using them for 3 years. Today I was picking up my order and realized I dropped my mask somewhere, the lovely lady knew I was stressed and just gave me one of their masks. She has no idea how her kindness made my day as I had many stops to make. These are the people that work there :-) highly recommend.
