Dr. McLaughlin is a Plastic Surgeon based in Fort Worth, Texas with board certification in both general and plastic surgery. Her practice includes cosmetic and reconstructive surgery with a focus on aesthetic breast and body procedures. After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2016 and now post double mastectomy with reconstruction, her interest in breast cancer patients and their reconstruction is elevated more than even prior to that reality.
She founded West Magnolia Plastic Surgery in 2004 with a vision for a comfortable, inviting atmosphere to help ease the anxiety that is often related to surgical procedures, both elective and reconstructive. In 2017, she added the Retreat Medical Spa on site to expand nonsurgical procedures for patients.

We are located in the historic Max Mehl building in Fort Worth, Texas. The building was constructed in the 1920s by B. Max Mehl, the foremost neumismatist in the world at that time with coin collections prepared for Winston Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt and Amon Carter, among others. The building was completely restored in 2006.

I wish I could give more stars. I had to change a last minute appointment due to a family conflict, and they were very accommodating. I had previously gone to another med spa & had a treatment that was incorrect for what I was needing. Melissa listened to what I had to say and came up with a plan. I greatly appreciated her taking the time to listen and sharing her expertise. Looking forward to my next visit.

Love my year-and-a-half of facials here, a once-a-month insurance plan for looking my best. Kersten and Amber have been here all along, even through COVID--so other people must think so, too. They've been careful and conscientious throughout--so call ahead, wear a mask inside to start, and expect to relax and feel better than you did when you arrived.

Wow!!! So happy I found this place!!! I gained 60lbs with my first baby and was just pretty depressed feeling like a captive in some strangers body. When I heard about EM Sculpt it sounded too good to be true. The staff at the retreat was so wonderful and answered all my questions and were so kind and never made me feel pressured to buy any procedures.
