Residential garbage not picked up on the scheduled day & no customer notice of delay, time & time again. Garbage put out Monday evening not picked up until Thursday morning - after multiple calls to LJP. Management did return my phone calls, so review moved up to 3 stars because their service has improved recently.

The recycling collection by this company in Eagle Lake is quite poor. I understand the need for automation, but the fact that the trucks end up spilling all the loose recycling all over the ground is pathetic. Drivers should have to get out of their trucks and pick up all the spilled recycling. Why bother recycling if its going to pollute the environment in the long run.

Do not bring household construction debris to LJP! It is a $45 minimum charge. It appears to be that minimum for anything. Triple what it was about a year ago. Bring your construction debris to Pilgrim Demolition Landfill instead on 3rd Ave. End result of this type of pricing will be more garbage in the ditches.
