Mobility Masters try's to upsell their clients on every aspects of their sells. We paid $4000.00 for a mobility chair that is to be used in our home. Hallway into the bathrooms etc. This Chair has the big wheels underneath the seat but also to extra wheels in the front and two in the rear. These wheels extend passed the front of the machine and passed the rear of the machine. This makes impossible to specifically navigate in a large home. The mobility chair base is to long to many wheels and has broken my foot and my brother foots. Its dangerous. This Chair is not for the home, but great

I give Mobility Masters an A+ rating. Its owners, Tristan and Susan, listen to their customers and provide honest and helpful assistance. Their store features a broad range of mobility products at fair prices. Before coming to Mobility Masters, I bought a walker at a big box store. That proved to be a costly mistake. I discarded it after six months. Walkers needed to be fitted by caring professionals.

Where to begin? If I could give 100 stars I would.
My 80 year old, awesomely active father got bad sick and lost his leg last year. Rehab was aweful, but, I am so happy to still have my Dad. It was touch and go.
I live in Santa Cruz, my parents are in Santa Rosa. They are on a very limited budget. I myself am a working Mom and often don’t have a lot of extra at the end of the month. Mobility Masters never even attempted to sell me a new power chair. They seemed to grasp our needs immediately. This small company refurbished an old power chair that isn’t even made anymore for less than $600

The last thing I bought from them is quite unusual. It's a Bruno Exterior Space Saver that will lift my Go Go Elite Traveler, 3 wheel scooter into my Prius V station wagon. Due to the batteries in the back of the Prius, Bruno Lift is the ONLY one that will work with my hybrid. I took a long time to get the lift. Then they referred me to Major Muffler to have it installed. Major Muffler was willing to install it immediately. The scooter is heavy, but comes apart in 4 pieces, all are heavy for me, but I have put it in my car myself. It quickly became too heavy for me. I almost had

We have come to this store after going to several others nearby. Mobility Masters has the best selection of lift chairs, wheelchairs, canes, walkers and more of all the stores we went to. Also Susan was very helpful even with my endless questions and while splitting her attention between myself and two other customers. Definitely five stars!

They will push items from inventory without regard to the suitability for the intended use. They recommended a Jazzy select 6 (which was in their show room) for use in a mobility van. Its low ground clearance makes it not a good chair for this application. It is barely functional on anything other than a perfectly flat surface. This is something that they, as experts, should have been aware of.
I bought 2 items from them and the process was the same. They didn't ask the right questions or didn't understand what questions to ask. One worked out (by chance) and one very much didn't.

So we stopped in for just a $20 cane. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. Place has a lot of interesting inventory - seems like if you are in need of help if injured or getting older it is a great resource.
As for the person that left a poor review after finding something cheaper online you clearly don't understand the great benefits or economics of dealing with a real knowledgeable person that can help you today without shipping costs or delays.

The people at Mobility Masters are very friendly and hard-working, and they went out of their way to find me a custom-made, portable, self-reclining wheelchair that I could order by phone (since they didn't have a sample in their warehouse) and take on a three-week trip. They also gave me a 20% discount. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. One, the wheelchair did not arrive until after I had left (at which point I instructed them not to take it out of the box because I may want to return it, but I didn't hear back from them. My experience with Mobility Masters Santa Rosa was a very pleasant from start to finish.
I purchased my Jazzy Power Chair and and Harmar Auto Lift Swing Away for the back of my car.
The management of this store was wonderful in helping to match up the power chair to the lift for my car and the chair to me.
This store's customer service is excellent.

The only positive review of this company was clearly written by the business itself so it is just a lie. There are several other bad reviews, and yahoo has failed to post them. In short, this is a terrible organization who are either out to rip you of, or barring the possibility of selling something you do not need, ignore yoy all together, since there is no real gain in it for them. Buyer beware, these guys are some of the worst I have ever experienced, finally got my chair repaired by my trusted auto mechanic and I suggest everyone else do the same. I concur with Rhonda C - the customer service is terrible. I have had two interactions with this store. In September of this year I took my elderly mother to look at scooters. The salesperson, an elderly woman herself, was cold and impersonal. Although we found a nice scooter, I purchased it on line at $500.00 less that the store price. I did not write a review at that time, but feel compelled to do so after my interaction today. My mother fell recently and broke her arm, this made using her walker in the house impossible. The doctor wrote a prescription to get a wheelchair for her safety

The people at Mobility Masters were helpful and friendly. We got delivery of the motorized wheel chair we bought the same day. They showed us how to use all the features and made sure we knew all about it. They let me test drive wheel chairs in the parking lot. The delivery person was very prompt and efficient. Lots of wheel chairs, scooters, walkers, and canes in the shop. Also some hoists that no doubt would help someone.
