Depending on the size of the cracks, hot asphalt or cold-pour rubberized filler is used to prevent water from seeping through the cracks and causing further damage.
We use a coal tar water based sealer which leaves a natural color, finish, and texture of a brand new driveway. All properties will be prepped prior to sealing. We will hand brush sealer around the house foundation, garages, patios, steps, cobble stone, and rock walls to ensure no overspray and then apply a thick coating of sealer by spraying the rest of the driveway evenly.
