Outstanding service from the first phone call. Talked to Bob and then texted pictures of the 3 trees we wanted trimmed. Bob sent a fair quote and we scheduled an appointment.
The workers really know what they are doing. They have all the equipment needed to do a great job. Trees trimmed perfectly and everything cleaned up.
I highly recommend this company.

Our first call to E.L.M. Tree care was in July.
Our contact was Bob, the owner. Bob is the ultimate professional.
Bob was knowledgeable and provided extra "tips" regarding the best time to trim our Queen Palms and was respectful during our negotiations.
The crew that arrived on time was equally professional, hard working, meticulous with clean up and listened to our needs-an obvious by-product and reflection of the entire company.

Lowest bid. Fully insured. Contract was clear. Showed up on time ready to start work. All work and no BS. Took down a very large pine tree. No damage to anything. Excellent crew. Knew what to do and how to do it! Our property looked better after their cleanup then before. I intend to hire them again for tree trimming.

We had a very large and troublesome tree that we were on the fence whether to trim it down or cut it down. The crew came and the arborist methodically cut back each spray and greatly reduced the size of the tree just as I hoped he would. It was really interesting to watch him work. The crew was courteous and professional. The entire experience from first contact , estimate, schedule and completion was first rate!

Best work I have ever seen with removing my tree and the stump. No irrigation damage! Everything was cleaned and the hole was patched with mulch. This is the only company I will use to remove a tree!

Bob was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and very easy to work with to set up our tree trimming service.
On the day of our scheduled service his crew was not only easy to work with, but they did an excellent job on our Pepper tree. We will definitely have E.L.M Tree Care back out to do a few of the larger trees on the rest of our property.

These guys are incredible! They offer a full day rate to have 3 people do anything you wanTt related to tree care. We hired them to have 3 trees completely removed and others cleaned up. They came on time, were extremely polite and knowledgeable, and amazing with the skills in the trees. They cleaned everything up perfectly and we are super happy!
David, Lupe, and Jose were the guys that worked on our property and we were very impressed. We would have them back over and over!

I am so impressed with this company. Three men trimmed 3 very tall Mexican Fan Palms, cut down my diseased Yucca Plant, & cleaned up everything within about 30 minutes. They were timely, knowledgeable, professional & very courtesy. I highly recommend this company.

Ryan at E.L.M. Tree Care has been helping us keep our trees trimmed and picture perfect for the past couple of years. I can't say enough about their level of professionalism and dependability not to mention their quality of work. I feel proud and safe when I see on of their crews pull up instead of a bunch of guys jumping our of a van without hardhats or fall protection. Last thing I want is for someone to get hurt on my property because of inadequate training or equipment.

E.L.M. Tree Care gave us what we thought was a reasonable price and were able to schedule us very quickly. The foreman called about 30 min prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way over. They trimmed our four Mexican palm trees in about an hour, including gathering the trimmings as well as some fronds that went rogue into our neighbors yard. We are pleased with the service provided and would use them again as well as recommend them.
