We bought a hot tub from Tad a few years ago. We had to get a new cover for it. I contacted yad in November and he said he would order it. In January I called to ask when it would be coming. He was going to check and call me rt back. I February I called several times and texted him with no response. He finally texted me and said he couldn’t get it. He has no credibility and is a horrible business man will never do business there again. Be wary.
