We have used Brian twice to obtain a loan for our home purchases, and both times we have received EXCELLENT service. He is extremely responsive, which was key to having our offer accepted during the very hot housing market, and proactive in communicating about the loan approval process. He also offers useful advice and education, which was especially helpful during the purchase of our first home. Most of the time, Brian replied to our emails super quickly, often in 15-20 minutes — that's extremely helpful when you're dealing with an ultra competitive seller's market. We cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. They were wonderful and responsive and very professional throughout. My wife and I were first home buyers and Brian was very helpful in meeting over the phone to give us an explanation of the loan application process from start to finish. Once we commenced the application he was very responsive, despite buying at a very busy time. He was open, honest and upfront about the expected costs and likelihood of success.
