A third generation Builder/ Developer, Mr. Tatum has more than 26 years experience in the building business. He has built hundreds of projects from Restaurants, Hospital Additions/Renovations, Creative Use Tenant Improvements, Offices, Apartments, Condominiums, Tract Homes and Custom Homes. Unlike many builders, Tatum Construction self-performs several categories of construction with it's own forces.
With our own crews of full time skilled employees, we will complete concrete, framing, finish carpentry and cabinetry when it is beneficial to the project. Tatum Construction's management services include budgeting, cost-estimating, value engineering, scheduling, phasing and site logistics. During construction, our services also include quality control, safety management, and construction administration.
