Services
Established back in 2000 (in a 4,400-square-foot facility specializing in bicycle frame coatings), over the last 17 years Premium Powder Coating has become the largest powder coating shop in all of Colorado. Our new 62,000-square-foot facility in Longmont opened in 2016 in an effort to continue our growth while still maintaining turnaround times of one week or less.
We are the largest custom coater in all of Colorado. We have also got some of the largest part capacities. Our biggest oven is a massive 12' x 12' x 35' and our booths are even larger. We have plenty of room to spray all your parts. Many years ago, we realized that pretreatment is critical to long-lasting coatings, which is why we now offer iron phosphate and / or media blasting before the coating is applied.
Premium Powder Coating is the only custom coater in Colorado that does in-house media blasting. We have a 20' x 15' x 40' blast room on-site that can run steel grit for media with reclaim augers in the floor for recycled usage. We're able to reclaim media over 2,000 times, which equals cost savings for you.
We know that it's never easy to take time out of your day to load up the trailer and haul it off to the coater. However, we understand that our convenient Longmont location makes it a simple trip for some. That's why we offer quick and easy pickup and delivery services for all our customers. To make things even easier, you have the option of simply loading up your trailer with parts and dropping it off.
We are the largest powder coating facility in the state offering a lot of benefits. Completely gated, we have a drive through loading zone that makes every project quick and convenient. Once you're checked in at our office, you'll be able to drive through our shop to get unloaded. We have three forklifts (up to 10,000 lbs.) and a 10-ton bridge crane for loading and unloading large and awkward parts.

I’ve never had a need for powder coating before, but my 20 year old patio furniture had seen better days. I got an immediate response, and was astounded to learn Premium Powder Coating was less than 2 miles away from home! It took two trips to drop off my table and four chairs, rocking bench, pair of loungers and side table, and 10 days later Aaron… reached out to tell me it was finished. I can’t say how delighted I am with the finished product - it looks better than new - for a fraction of the cost for replacement furniture. I’m searching high and low for something else

Premium powder coating was very professional and awesome to work with. Even though they were very busy, I felt like they made sure I was taken care of. I powder coated my fender flares for my Jeep and I love the way they look! I will bring all of my Jeep parts here in the future. They also have the cutest Rottweilers! 🤗😊
