We recently sold our home with Caroline in Redwood Shores. I've never sold a home by myself (I'm widowed) but Caroline made the process seamless and stress free. Although we didn't have a lot of in-person interaction, she always made sure she or someone from her team got back to me on questions I had. Selling during a pandemic is tough and although we had some challenges (listing after the 4th of July after things just started to open up meant many people out of town), in the end we still sold our house above asking. Caroline and Shelby were amazing to work with to get our condo in Redwood Shores sold. She provided so much guidance all along the way, so we didn't underprice our home, and we did the right amount of work to get it updated and attract the right buyers. Shelby was instrumental in project managing all the flooring, painting, and additional repairs needed to get the home ready for listing as we had moved to a different part of the state entirely.
