Milner's is located in beautiful, historic Wilmington, North Carolina. We serve breakfast and lunch during the week in our cafe. Tara Speth, owner and general manager, has worked in the food industry since the young age of 15, and her passion for food and customer service has allowed Milner's to provide 5 star service to all guests.

Services
Wait and bar staff are charged per event at $150 each. We staff events at 1 staff member per 20 guests for buffet and 1 staff member per 10 persons for sit down dinners. If stations are requested, staff members may be increased to attend the station. Events are charged for 2 hours of setup, 3 hours for event and 1 hour for clean up.

Milner’s recently catered a surprise birthday party for my wife and daughter. The food was “over the top” and the service provided by their staff from start to finish was superb. They were great sports throughout lots of commotion. I highly recommend them for any event you may plan. My expectations were more than exceeded & They deserve more than 5 STARS!!

I used Milner’s to cater my Son’s Rehearsal dinner and meet and greet. It was fabulous working with Tara. She took my vision of the rehearsal dinner and made it come true. The food was delicious, folks were raving about the dinner. There desserts for the meet and greet were scrumptious. All the Milner’s employees were professional, hard working and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Milner’s for your next event and plan on using them again for any other events I plan.
