I contacted Jeff one of the owners in November to put in a well it was May before they showed up to put it in .I had several phone calls with Jeff I poured gravel to where I wanted the well dug for them and still another month. During one of the phone calls Jeff belittle me and threatened to wip me . I would not suggest or recommend this company to anyone his professionalism was not there

Great, respectful, courteous, and answered all my silly questions! Needed a well dug ASAP and called this respected company. The thing about drilling for water is you never know if you'll get it. Sure we drilled deeper than what we wanted. Sure we spent more money. (No fault of Castleman) Just where the water ended up being. Castleman provided a service; at a fair price. We intend to have them come out and finish our system. Respectful gentlemen who treated my wife, my children and I with the upmost respect.

After several years trying to filter out sediment in a 13 year old concrete lined well that no commercial filter on the market could contain, I contacted with Castleman Well Drilling for a well to be bored through bedrock to obtain a better quality of water. Jeff and his crew arrived quicker than originally projected (unheard of in my community) immediately set to work and were finished with the bore in a matter of a few hours. They returned three days later to plumb the well into my existing system and commenced to purge the new well of the dirt and sediment created with the drill process. The

I am very pleased with Jeff and all the employees at Castleman Well Drilling. I purchased a house with a existing well that Jeff drilled about 18yrs ago. The builder did not use him to put the pump in. He used a cheap plumber who glued the pump on and put a nylon rope to pull the pump. Of course the pump goes out and when Jeff tried to pull it, it broke. Jeff tried putting a new pump in, but it was on top of the old pump. Therefore it was not deep enough. We had to abandon that well and drill a new one. Please if you are going to drill a well make sure you use the right company like Castleman

The best water well drilling company!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This company answered my phone call at 9:00 p.m. and the owner of the company spoke with me for over 30 minutes, he answered my questions thoroughly. We made an appointment to meet, I contracted with this company for them to drill my water well. Then all the rain came and I had to wait several days but they came when they said they would be there. The driller and his helper were so friendly and professional. They were successful in getting me a viable well when others couldn't. I had them come back and install a pump

The best Water Well Drilling Company around! I contacted this company several weeks ago to drill a well, then we had weeks of rain. As soon as it dried up enough, they came out and drilled my water well. I had others come out to try to get water and nothing. This company came out and drilled me a great well with great water! Me and the wife are so very happy with our well. They installed our pump as well. Great service, great company. This is a father and son team and they are very professional, courteous, and respectful.

My experience with Castleman Drilling has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After spending several months clearing a space for a home site and lawn, I met with Jeff Castleman at my property on a Friday morning to discuss the details of the well. He informed me of the cost and the process and I signed the contract to have the well drilled. He told me that he would call me a couple of days in advance so that I could be present when the well was drilled. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and kindness shown by the owner and his son. I purchased some property back in Jan. 2018 and needed a well. I called several people and the only one to answer my call that day was Mr. Castleman. I called him on a Sunday and guess what, he answered his phone, took the time to discuss my options with prices. These guys are great. We've had them put in 3 wells for us in
Dickson County over a 7 year time frame (multiple moves from house to house is why we've done 3) They travel far and wide and reside in the middle Tennessee area. We recently had a new house purchase and the original well was old and needed better lining. These guys sheathed and packed the well and put in new parts to. They also did 2 hand pump installations for us. One of the wells had a Franklin Electric check valve malfunction (rare occurrence) Castleman came and replaced it with a brand new one for free!! Not even a service charge
