We had just signed a lease for a new build out in Beverly Hills, and although we had some conceptual ideas of what we wanted the office to look like, we had no formal plans. What I truly appreciated about Mitra and her entire team was that they listened to what we had in mind and used it as a launching point to provide suggestions and guidance.

Mitra and the team from Simour Design are such a pleasure to work with! My husband recommended I sign up for a Zoom presentation with Mitra because we were designing a new medical spa to be added to our existing plastic surgery practice. Mitra and her team designed and implemented the design throughout my built out. She had a vision the minute she walked into the space, a week later she presented me with a 3D rendering of the proposed spaces.

After 20 years in the same office, I needed some help to upgrade my finishes with bright ideas from these professionals. Tiyam is a pleasure to work with. I used this business to design my outpatient surgery center. Mitra, the owner runs a professional business. She is very knowledgeable especially with regards to the nuances involved in construction and design of medical office space. Her involvement in the project crested lots of efficiency and helped save me valuable time and money. She was highly organized, professional and readily available. She was also reasonably priced.

I found Mitra and LA Healthcare Design through Yelp when we began the process of moving our neuropsychology practice to a new location (the first time I had undertaken a move of this sort). Although I thought she did beautiful work (based upon the posted Yelp pictures), I was concerned that we couldn't afford her since we are a small business. However, Mitra was able to work within our budget and helped make it stretch as far as possible.
In addition to cost, my other concern with using a designer was that I didn't want to work with someone who was pushy and foisted their own tastes
