Being in financial planning sales for 30+ years I can read someone fast particularly by how they carry themselves and their mannerisms. Dr. Monahan in my opinion cares about her patient's health along with her own - something I value very highly being a life long health nut now retired and going to the gym 2 times a day. Dr. Monahan's demeanor was professional and open to questions. She had good rapport and eye contact. The only thing I would improve is to keep delays to 10 minutes or less - 15 minutes was bearable however. Overall I give a 5 star rating.

I was referred here from a friend for my annual contact lens exam, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff was warm and welcoming and the environment was very comfortable. Dr. Fielder was so kind, thorough, and walked me through everything she was doing. If you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend this one!

Fantastic customer service and a speedy repair. I’ve been to this store several times but my last visit was definitely the best. Besides always recieving my glasses in a timely manner (usually same day), today I went in for a frame repair and it didn’t cost me a dime. On top of that, I asked the owner if there was something he could do about my scratched left lens and he said said he would fix it, even though I had no warranty. I come back two hours later and not only did he replace the severely scratched left lens, but he also replaced the right one too. Again, I didn’t have warranty but

Extremely disappointed with their service. Oredered contact lenses and still havent had a functional pair of lenses. Since I purchased the lenses they provided me 3 defective pairs (two of them were building up protein within 24 hrs of use). Enough is enough. I highly suggest you to think twice before having any service at Eyeglass Express. Not even mentioning how carefuless are the staff of this company with my health care.

This place is absolutely amazing! Was having issues with my trial contact lenses and Dr. Felser was extremely helpful in helping me try different brands that best suit my needs. She also fixed my prescription as I was under prescribed from my previous optician. She was super friendly and welcoming and made the visit all around a pleasant one. Afterwards, I was having trouble actually putting in my contacts as I was new to contacts so I went in for a training session and Georgia was fantastic. She knew how frustrating it can be for some people so she made sure I was in the right mentality and knew
