Can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone for 10 days for follow-up info. Lisa used to pick up. Now Voicemail is either full or no one returns the call. Had a virtual meeting and got an MRI as requested by the doctor - Learned they need to send in a request for expedited insurance approval based on the MRI. That's all. The woman in the doctors office (I think it was Kathy) said she faxed the paperwork 2 weeks ago but when I spoke with the insurance company 3 days ago they said NO ONE from the doctors office contacted them or they would approve the expedited request for epidural within 72 hours
