This is the second time that we used Hawaii Junk Removal.
We were very pleased again with Carlos and his team. Carlos called within the specified time and was very efficient in completing the job. The team members were very courteous and professional.
Lastly, Myrtle was responsive to our multiple changes to our removal list and confirmed each change by e-mail.

Very prompt and courteous. The office scheduler helped me find an appointment right away, and two days later, the crew came to pick up. The crew leader called me to let me know they were 25 minutes out, and they showed up right on time. Everyone was wearing a mask and they worked very quickly; no disruption to my work. Really nice guys. The quote was exactly what I was expecting and you pay via text link. They were in/out in maybe 15 minutes. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them!

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The crew arrived early and was incredibly quick with the job. There was a miscommunication with the freight elevator during our timeblock, entirely no fault of theirs, which caused a delay for my goods to be loaded, but even with that setback they remained professional and high spirited the entire time. I highly recommend Hawaii Junk Removal if you are in need of their expertise.

A+++. This company is phenomenal and professional. They met me the same day i called to inquire. They gave me an all inclusive quote and scheduled an appointment immediately. Their pricing was better than several of the other companies I received pricing from. The day of appointment, they arrived on time…. Fully staffed, and worked incredibly well as a team to efficiently remove the junk from my listing. The crew was extremely courteous and made sure everything was removed. I could not ask for a better crew. If you need junk removed or a home cleared… THIS is the company to call!!

I looked them up on the Internet and there was a quick response to get more details for the job. I sent pictures and they provided a rough estimate with an option for an on-location schedule. Excellent communication with Myrtle, as she kept me apprised of the crew's arrival. The crew called to alert me that they were on their way, giving me a ETA that allowed me to protect a space for them to park. Carlos and the crew were efficient and careful, as they moved out an old fridge and moved in the replacement. They also took a heavy old work table and cleaned the area where it had stood for 60+ years. After completing the job, they also took the trash that the city hadn't removed due to an equipment failure! No extra charge. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. A++++++

I contacted Hawaii Junk Removal because I heard great things about them from several colleagues. Carlos and his team were highly efficient and professional, they finished my job in under an hour. One of his team members even swept debris from the lanai area after they removed the items, an unexpected surprise which I appreciated very much.
