They are responsive and available to explain and assist 3. If a problem arises they are quick, proactive and communicative. They step outside the job of what a "typical title company" will do and help with many facets of the transaction.

The title representative did not have the settlement statement correct. She was unable to answer questions regarding some of the documents and kept referring me to talk to an accountant. The questions I had for her where in relation to the processes they have and nothing to do with a potential tax consequence on my side. When I sent her an email the next day asking if I should ask Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union to see if they could help me understand their process, she stated that she forwarded my email to the President of Preserve Title. As a real estate agent with 15 years experience who has closed hundreds of real estate transactions, I have never experienced such a terrible closing as the one I had with Preserve Title recently. Total chaos and a closing appointment that should have taken one hour, lasted 4 hours. The closer didn’t have all the paperwork, some of it needed corrections and it was all out of order. It was by far the worst closing experience of my entire career. A total embarrassment. Additionally, my multiple emails to the title company President, Tim Hero, have gone unanswered.
