1.5 hours late to a kids bday party does not look good for a business. Owner confirmed two hours ahead of time that we were on the schedule. Party time came and we didn't hear anything for an hour. Finally owner texted the truck was in route. We asked for a discount because it was late. He knocked the price down a bit.
I wouldn't go with them again because of the late delivery.

Absolutely worst service ever. From the beginning Mike's customer service was bad. He was very unfriendly, he did not share information about the jumper prices, sizes. Everything I had to ask him for and his answers where never enthusiastic.
i called Mike 2 weeks before the party to book a jumper. Somehow I did not trust him so I texted him 3 days before to confirm we were still on. He replied with YES. He said he would deliver at 12 noon. On the day of at 12:30 he was a no show. I texted him asking what his estimated time of arrival would be. No response. I proceeded to call him every

As a large family we have many gatherings throughout the year. For the last 2+ years we have been renting bounce houses from Mike's jumpers and slides. They always deliver the best service. They are always professional and very friendly. I always recommend this company to anyone looking for recommendations on fb. I give them a 5 star every time. We haven't used any other company since. Even if u call/text last minute they have something available or recommend the best deals.

Called Mike 5 days before my son's party. I knew it was short notice and was happy that Mike had a bounce house available to rent and the price was better than others that I had called ($80 for the day rather the $85 for a half day). I texted him my address per his instructions, that the party started at 11:30am and asked when he would be here to set up. 2 days later texted him again to ask when they would be here to set up since I did not get a response on the first text. Extremely disappointed. I have never left a bad review. I rather praise a good job rather than talk negatively however this is more of a safety precaution more than anything. After seeing yelp reviews I thought I would be getting great service instead I received a defective waterslide and terrible service. The water slide we rented had busted seams at the bottom of the slide which force the children, especially the younger ones to either slam on the the side wall of the jumper or get thrown into the air. We rented the VERY LARGE Dragon blow up slide with the wading pool/basket ball hoops and it was amazing. We had 40+ kids (little to pre-teens) at the birthday party and they all absolutely LOVED it. Set up rather quickly but takes a while to take down (understandably so) I would definitely rent from these guys again for another party

I just rented a water slide from Mike. It was the most fun my family had in 2 1/2 years! That was the last time we went to Disneyland, YES it was that fun!! He was professional, on time, and the slide was CLEAN, which was important to me because I have kids and I've seen what some of the other bounce houses/ water slides come as. Try them, you wont be disappointed!
