My upper station steering pump leaked. After putting up with it for years I was finally advised by Wagner (the company that made it) to contact South Bay Diesel, in National City.
I called, "Do you have a rebuild kit for a Wagner 700 series pump?" Yes we do, $40. "Can you rebuild it?" Sure, $120. So I took it down there.
This started off badly when the guy called before I got there to tell me "The rebuild kit was just a gasket and three O rings, why don't you find a 'seal house' and buy them there?" Because I don't know what size the o
