We recently sold our home. We took the comps in the area and suggestions from realtors what they would sell for. We did as a FSBO because we needed the extra funds at closing, I know how to write contracts and very familiar having work for decades in real estate. We sold for $282,500. Other comps in the area were $296k, $285k, $282.5, and a house that just listed with around the same square footage, but one less bathroom with similar updates (though we also had all new Lifeproof flooring, new appliances, an expansion tank put in our water tank etc) & the LARGEST fenced in lot in the entire subdivision
