I called the Tremron Douglasville office and spoke with the “office manager” named susan. I wanted to know the colors you offered in stonehurst but instead of telling me, she gave me a nasty attitude and told me I needed to contact a salesman (I could tell she wasn’t very educated on the material or colors that you offer). The customer service at this location is horrible.

Pool contractor noticed defective pavers. Rep showed up said five pallets were bad. I showed him the sixth pallet and it was bad. Told me they would be out the next day. Didn't show. Called Monday, they'll be here by noon. No show. Called rep, being loaded on the truck delivered this afternoon.
Called Tremron both Lakeland and Jacksonville HQ and wouldn't take my call. Very poor quality control and customer service. Owned now by Quik Concrete Co.

Never Buy from Tremron.
We ordered pavers for our pool lanai from Tremron on June 22nd. We were promised delivery for August 10th but since we were going to be out of town we delayed the delivery until August 19th. On that date no one showed up and we didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call. We subsequently found out that they rescheduled us to Augut 28th without telling us. We reconfirmed delivery for the 28th twice with them but on that date again no delivery or even a phone call. They showed up in the 30th. No apologies, no explanations, no nothing.
