He took the time to explain the customs process in an easy to understand way. This was very beneficial for someone like myself, as this was my first entry into international trading.
Even when I got a bit confused, he very paitently was able to redirect the conversation back to a focal point and reexplain his point in a way that I could comprehend.
I would recommend his service to any Traderman looking for help with their logistics.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.
We used Service Shipping as our customs agent for our international shipment to the USA. Bill and Mark went out of their way to help us and answer our questions on how to solve a shipping issue we had with the carriers. They were extremely helpful and professional and went ABOVE AND BEYOND their required services.

Ryan was super easy to work with and always responded super quick. I talked to other companies but none offered the service or price of Service Shipping. I had an abnormal shipment and Ryan worked very well and helped out with the shipment while it was in South Africa. Worth every penny I spent and then some

Service Shipping Inc. handled an overseas shipment for me and they were wonderful to work with...and very patient answering all of my newbie questions! If you are doing this for the first time don’t hesitate to give these guys a call-they will walk you through things step by step. They are very thorough and it was nice to know they were organizing all of the needed paperwork, especially during these trying times of force majeure (COVID). It was great to know all of my customs paperwork was done correctly and my shipment was actually the first one to clear customs! Thank you!

Overall I had an excellent experience with Service Shipping when I imported my Skyline. The team calmed all my initial worries of having a car shipped in from over seas, handled all paperwork so smooth I didn't even realize it was all done, and even worked the extra mile to help me gather all the proper documents I needed for registering my car in my state. Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, through, and answered all my emails within minutes. I would 100% recommend them to anyone importing a car and on my next overseas car buy I will be using Service Shipping, aka The "A" Team.
