I don’t say this lightly but stay away. Most disgusting and revolting treatment I’ve ever received. I first went there with an insurance claim two weeks ago. Red haired guy working there barely said a word, didn’t say hi, looked angry and looked like I was bugging him. Wasn’t very helpful with my claim but we ended up booking two weeks later. Would have been nice if he had told me that before I arranged a rental car.
I called the manager to complain and he said that he was probably having a bad day. Sure, everyone has bad days, but as a business owner myself I generally accept the customer

This is THE best auto body and paint shop in all Miami. Jorge and his crew did a phenomenal job with repairing and painting the hood of my BMW. Jorge was able to not only repair and paint, but have it ready the same day! This was one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had in my life. Highly recommended! These guys are professional and prices very reasonable. Not a ripoff like the quote I had just received from another body shop. Giant Motors' quote was less than half other quote! Work was completed very quickly and car looks brand new. They even wash your car afterwards. Very happy with their services! A+

The staff at Giant Motors were utmost professionals and I highly recommend them for all auto body services.
They were very knowledgeable and honest from the start: from asking anticipatory questions about claims status and my specific insurance company, to making a quick assessment of my vehicle's damage in comparison to my insurance appraisal, to making an accurate estimate of how long it would take to complete the repairs.
They were also quick to return my calls whenever I asked for a status update, and were honest about needing an extra day or two for additional damage discovered after removing
