Rhody Disposal is a professional, well oiled and maintained machine of a company! They had a small hiccup before the drop off of my dumpster but I was called and informed. Jason made it right and kept all promises. Will use them again for all my future dumpster needs!

We've used Rhody Disposal twice now and they are by far the best company we've dealt with. They are professional, there when they say they will be, price has been extremely reasonable and Jason is very responsive to any questions or needs you may have. Ryan was also a pleasure to deal with during delivery. I highly recommend these guys!

They were amazing and Jason was so helpful. (I didn't get the other guy's name but he was awesome too!) They called us right away, were extremely timely and flexible. We have a smaller driveway but these guys were CHAMPS and made sure the dumpster fit. It took a while because there wasn't much room but they had such great attitudes the WHOLE TIME. Also not as expensive as I expected and we got the biggest dumpster. Definitely recommend 100%!

I scheduled with Jason for a 15 yard dumpster to do a weekend clean out/demo and they delivered the dumpster on Friday. They dropped it exactly were I requested and even put blocks under the dumpster to avoid damage to my driveway.
Fast forward Saturday Morning - after 40 minutes of the 10 man crew cleaning out my basement and yard .... the dumpster was full! Call to Jason and within 1 1/2 hours the full dumpster removed and new one delivered!!

A dumpster by any other name is a dumpster. What make Rhody Disposal your best option? Their attention to detail and customer service. First, when you call they get back to you. Second, when they tell they will be there, they are... Lastly their attention to detail is awesome. I have a stamped concrete driveway and they set the dumpster up so the driveway would not get damaged. There should not be any other option for residential or commercial waste removal than Rhody Disposal.

Do yourself a favor, and use Rhody Disposal, you won't be disappointed.
This field of business (dumpster/disposal) is known for a lack of customer service. I had used a different service prior to Rhody Disposal (I won't name names, but if there's a way to see other reviews I've written, you'll find it there), and I was absolutely mortified with how we were treated. Our basement flooded two days after Christmas. It was a mess! I called around and found Rhody Disposal and glad I did! They had a 20yd dumpster delivered to us the same day! Neil & Jason were extremely professional, friendly, respectful, and sympathetic of our situation. They even took special care of placing dumpster so not to damage driveway. Great customer service and communication throughout the process. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend Rhody Disposal to everyone.

I've never rented a dumpster before so was sort of clueless. I called around for some quotes... Rhody Disposal was very reasonably priced, super easy to deal with (called me back within like a half hour) and drop off/pick up was seamless and easy. They called on their way to our home both times. Will definitely be using them again if we need a dumpster!

I cannot say enough about Rhody Dumpster! After another dumpster company cancelled on us the day they were supposed to deliver, Rhody Disposal came to the rescue! The owner and I briefly spoke, and We had a dumpster delivered the next morning! Amazing service, a wonderfully clear website, and competitive price (lower than our original company that backed out on us!). Great experience with Rhody disposal! We started demo for a remodel on house and needed a dumpster. They were able to get one to me the next day. Very helpful and very impressive service!
