Can't say enough about Li Cobian and the amazing service he delivered in removing the popcorn ceiling in my condo. The flexibility he had in working with me, the property manager, and HOA was so essential to getting all the boxes checked before we could start. After getting going, the level of attention he gave on the project and the final results were amazing. He literally despises popcorn and makes it his mission to remove as much as possible in Oahu. I highly recommend him.
