I called Anatoly requesting a service on my Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washer which wasn't draining completely and kept retaining water in the rubber seal compartment. Anatoly responded 5-10 minutes after I left a voice mail requesting his services. We setup the time for the very next day and he arrived exactly on time, as promised. He was able to get to the root cause of the issue and got my washer working like new in less than half an hour. Anatoly was able to also make a recommendation regarding ice maker for my fridge and even took the bottom panel off my built in microwave to test the voltage

Excellent experience with this company! Anatoly has repaired my gas oven twice (different problems) and the second time, saved me a lot of money by repairing a broken connection on the control panel rather than replacing this expensive part. He said he would be there between 10am and noon, and by 11am my oven was working again. He explained exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. Highly recommend!

We contacted them concerning our L G Refrigerator for a faulty ice maker. He came out promptly and informed us that L G doesn't routinely produce replacement parts but that he will try to obtain them and let us know. 2 weeks later, he had sourced the parts and we're churning out ice. Honest, trustworthy, and efficient service.

Excellent service! Anatoly responded quickly to my voicemail, accommodated me even though his schedule was quite full, was punctual & friendly, was very thorough in troubleshooting the problems with both my dishwasher and refrigerator, and he diligently cleaned up the area when he was finished. And, most of all, his pricing is very reasonable/affordable. I highly recommend him for all of your appliance repair needs!

Anatoly is polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. You'll be relieved to know that he'll always fix your appliance when he's able as opposed to encouraging you to replace it. He's fixed my refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. He always replies promptly and is flexible with my crazy schedule. Once you find someone like Anatoly, you won't let other people service your appliances.

During our disconcerting Covid-19 times, my very old refrigerator suddenly wasn't cooling. I was hopeful Anatoly was still in business...and well. Luckily both were true. Thankfully he was able to repair my Old Faithful fridge (a different issue than his repair job two years ago...that part is still performing well, btw). He was punctual, dedicated to keeping my fridge up and running, and he worked on it as if it were his own. I have been gouged by other companies, but I completely trust this skilled professional. The BEST repair service! Anatoly was professional and courteous, showed up on time, and ended up going out of his way to get a part our failing freezer so he could complete the repair the same day. It added more than an hour to his workday, but he did it graciously and without hesitation. He was very reasonably priced and the cost was clearly explained.

Anatoly was exactly the repair man we needed. We messaged him with a broken ice maker and he quickly responded with an appointment time in the next few days as it wasn't urgent. I called AtoZ Repair to have my dishwasher serviced when it wasn't getting the dishes clean. Anatoly quickly diagnosed a broken chopper and impeller kit. Once we received the parts he quickly and expertly replaced them and it has been working great since. His price was very competitive and his customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend him for a repairs.

I won't ever look anywhere else for appliance repair! 4:50 pm on a Friday, right before the holidays, my washing machine is locked and I can't get the wet laundry out. I start to panic.
