Mr. Pack showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. It doesn’t get any better than that! High quality work, and great customer service. Mr. Pack also took the time to explain things to me. I ended up signing up for their semi-annual maintenance plan. The next day, Ron came out to do a thorough cleaning of my unit. Very professional staff. Great company!

Pack HVAC Services was exceedingly professional and prompt! I had same day service at night and needed a new motor for my AC and my fan that was no longer turning. He rapidly diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained what was wrong; repairing the motor within minutes! I can't remember the last time I had astounding service from a business. This company is excellent. The service is superior. I had an emergency, a co-worker referred this company and I called. Mr. Pack immediately responded to my call & came out the same day. I called Mr. Pack on about Thursday and he responded to me in less than an hour with an appointment. I selected to do the preventative maintenance spring and fall checks because it is a good value. Mr. Pack arrived on time and the work was very thorough and professionally performed. I received my invoice immediately and paid online. Which is quite convenient.

Mr. Pack didn't just quote me a price, he sat down and explained what SEER was, what variable speed was, and what my options were. I felt comfortable with PACK HVAC.
