Since 1973 Adams Transit has provided interstate transportation services and intrastate warehouse trucking. We have a long history of high performance and timely service to our customers.
Adams Transit, Inc. was founded in 1973 in response to the shipping needs of our parent warehousing company Cupery & De Young Storage Corporation whose customers were in need of interstate transportation services which required the formation of Adams Transit to handle the increased volume and lanes of traffic to serve this additional business.

Adams Transit has been providing over the road trucking services since 1973. We have evolved into a dry van carrier providing food grade Service Excellence to our customers throughout the Upper Midwest. Our terminal in Friesland, Wisconsin is ideally located nearby to and serving the communities of Beaver Dam, Columbus, and Portage Wisconsin.
Adams Transit is located very close to the Beaver Dam, Wisconsin area and we have several employees and customers located there. Since our inception in 1973, Adams Transit trucks have been seen serving various customers in the Beaver Dam, Wisconsin area. From timely service to Green Giant during the packing season to moving customer pickups of their products for distribution to the Midwest.
Over the years, Adams Transit has served several customers in Portage, Wisconsin and the surrounding area. Recent changes to our pattern of operations have limited us from a regular presence here, and we are actively seeking opportunities to demonstrate Service Excellence to new clients seeking OTR trucking or transportation services.
Adams Transit maintains Brokerage authority to serve clients in areas where our trucks don't routinely operate but our customers still desire our commitment to Service Excellence. Adams Transit is closely affiliated with our warehousing company Cupery & De Young Storage Corporation, allowing us to provide an additional level of service to manage our customers' supply chain needs.
