As general contractors we have been remodeling and renovating in coastal Orange County for years. We also have extensive experience in restorations of historic homes and commercial buildings. A down to the frame remodel of this previously ho hum 30 year old home into a contemporary stunner. Taking advantage of spectacular views this 1960's tract home was transformed into a contemporary jewel.
While we are well known as luxury home builders from Dana Point to Newport Beach we also have quite an extensive portfolio of commercial projects. A complete remodel of the lower gallery to celebrate the Museum's one hundred year anniversary. Remodel and expansion of the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, including new restrooms, gift shop, conference room and ICU unit.
Al and Michael are extremely competent builders and some of the best that I have worked with in both my professional and personal life. They are smart problem solvers, they stay focused on the big picture, and more than fully meet their commitments. Our project was a remodel of our 1930's Laguna Beach cottage.
