I've been robbed. They took my money $5,000 for a case. And all they did was file to be his lawyer and show up in court one day. My phone calls are never returned. the money that was not used was not returned. I did everything for the case sent all paperwork in to the DA to the investigator followed up with the DEA call the DA's office every day. And they still won't return my money. Or my calls for that matter. Run as far away from them as you can.

Excellent and Professional Attorney.
I was arrested for a suspected OUI. The arresting officer was very unprofessional and very inexperienced. I refused a breathalyzer test due to the poor way I was treated. After I was released on my own recognizance, I contacted Attorney Nielsen. From the first conversation, I was comfortable with him. He has done an excellent job representing me in this matter. He and his staff have always responded in a very timely matter with any questions that I had. I am from another state so this created additional difficulty. I am pleased with the outcome of this case
