An initial chiropractic exam will typically have three parts: consultation, case history, and physical examination. Dr. Campanella has partnered with Borg & Ide Imaging as an additional diagnostic tool. Campanella Chiropractic & Wellness has partnered with Chili Fitness Center. Exercise often leads to improved posture, range of motion, and functionality of your body.
The Osaki OS-4000T is a full function massage chair that automatically detects the natural curvature of the human body and adjusts the massage to fit. The Zero Gravity position elevates the legs above the heart and more evenly distributes your weight. The OS-4000T also features hip air massage, seat vibration massage, neck and shoulder air massage, air and vibration arm massage, heat therapy for your lumbar/lower back area, and foot rollers.
Massage, sometimes referred to as soft tissue manipulation, is a systematic and scientific method to address muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Massage can alleviate chronic pain, "tightness" and help maintain general health. Massage and chiropractic care compliment each other as our muscles move our skeletal system, while ligaments and tendons support bony structures.

I had lower back pain that came on suddenly. I hadn’t been to a chiropractor in years. My body may have been out of adjustment such that one more stressor lead to this condition. While ibuprofen reduced swelling which lead to the feeling of pain, I could feel that things were out of place in my back & I knew I needed my body to be checked &… adjusted by a Chiropractor to eliminate the source of what caused the problem to develop. Dr. Thom is very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed my problems directly and took enough time to make sure we gathered all the information we needed before deciding on the type of therapy and adjustment.
