I approached direct tek to fix my ipad screen the day before christmas... the workload there was such that the estimated repair time was several days. I tried other places in the area who fix ipads... and none offered the breadth of services that direct tek does. After exhausting my other options, i went back and explained that Santa's elves promised an Ipad fix to my 7 year old and that the repair would be part of a christmas present... while they did not make a promise, they said they would do what they could... to my surprise ... i got a call late, after closing hours, that they stayed
