Christine has a great eye, and her staging of our house for sale caught the spirit and respected the integrity of what we already had done. We appreciated her respect for our style and that she didn't try to impose design cliches on us. We understand her work was praised by many of those who viewed the house. Oh my gosh, Christine caught the flavor of our 100 year old California bungalow perfectly. She staged our home for a real estate showing and we couldn't be more pleased. We absolutely loved working with Christine Bergman of “Styled and Staged”. Her “reading” of our Santa Barbara area West-Indian themed home was so insightful. The requested partial staging was fairly priced and the results just stunning. Not only beautiful enhancements, but small thoughtful touches to add warmth and a sense of “home”. Especially in a time of sudden and drastic changes in the RE market (pandemic), her gorgeous furniture and accent pieces very definitely made our home “shine” to best advantage and greatly helped us to sell.

Based on the recommendation of my realtor I contacted Styled & Staged Santa Barbara to discuss staging my condominium to help with both price and speed of sale. As you can see from the photo they did a fantastic job. Christine was friendly, professional and very responsive. The unit sold in 2 days for $15,000 over asking price. Can’t ask for more that that!!

Styled & Staged SB is amazing! Not only did she transform my home into a magazine cover, but she helped me with decisions about all the details. She showed me how to organize my drawers and closets to make things look inviting. Christine also worked seamlessly with my agent making me feel like I had an amazing team behind me, helping with such a challenging event!
