Services
Ingalls Marine Diesel, Inc. was formed by Matt Ingalls in October of 2006. Matt discovered a need for exceptional marine diesel service in South Florida and proceeded to fill that void. Located in West Palm Beach, Florida we are within minutes of South Florida's premier marinas and yacht clubs. At Ingalls, we pride ourselves on professionalism, communication, cleanliness and the finished product we deliver.
Projects at Ingalls may include; DDEC, MDEC or ADEC electronics diagnosis, pre-purchase surveys, regular maintenance, failed component replacement and major overhauls. Although we are not an MTU dealer we maintain the latest information and software to repair these engines to MTU standards. We perform maintenance, repairs and major overhauls on the legacy 2-Cycle Detroit Diesel.
Our parts department is able to provide most parts needed within 24 hours. We maintain a large inventory of service, repair and overhaul components. We are always working to make sure that we provide the best pricing by working direct with the manufacturers. Our mission at Ingalls is to provide exceptional service, maintain your vessel to the highest standards and provide the basis for trouble-free yachting.
We regularly perform pre-purchase engine surveys. This consists of an in-depth visual inspection and sea-trial data recording. We then provide a detailed report with any deficiencies noted, pictures of the deficiencies and an estimated cost to repair. This is crucial to assess the current state of the high-performance engines, gearboxes and generators in your new vessel.
