Just got our roller sun shades installed in our showroom of our store front and couldn't be happier. We love the way they look and now our customers will be much cooler while waiting. I've been a loyal customer of Royal Window Fashions for many years. The roller shades in my office building updated the look of our work areas, reduced our electric bills and still look great after nearly ten years. We recently purchased Symphony Cellular Shades for our home. We upgraded to the "room darkening" and raise and lower from top or bottom options. They are fantastic. We had our first cold snap and we immediately noticed the cold "draft" that was created by our old blinds was absolutely gone. The tight side to side fit, the dead air cells and the 2-3 inch dead air between the blinds and the single pane windows create great insulation. The owner lied lied about manufacturing the blinds locally. He also said the turn around time was about 1 week...........it took 3+ the first time.
The color didn't match the existing shade even though we were told it did. The shade was brought back 2 more times and still didn't match. Each time the we were given a time for the install they broke the appointment or were late.
The lat "install' they messed up the window frame and it is still not repaired. It is now 5 months later and our window blind is not installed...........but we do have a window seal in need of repair.

Jim and Mike have always been helpful to me when updating my home. They are extremely knowledgable when it comes to window treatments, draperies and anything else that goes on your windows.
If you want something quick and cheap that you'll replace in 6 months, go to Wal-Mart or Lowe's. If you want quality shutters or draperies, you have to call Jim at Royal Window Fashions.
