They put a well in for me years ago and went great. Called to get a cattle well (non potable) and was told they had to drill a well equal to a house well. When I questioned the need for that extensive of a system, the snotty reply about being the only well driller with the experience enough to drill a well in Williams County was a little much. I am not 100% sure they know the details needed for a non potable well in the area, but they will insist they are way smart than you.

My barn and garage caught on fire the fire was so hot it melt the top part of the well. I called Watson the next day and shortly later I got a call from them telling me a guy was on the way. Had to have electrician replace the wire and ran from the house to the well. The guys working on the well was done before the electrician was. So the next day I called let them know the wire was ran out to the pump and I need it hooked up to the pump and they had a guy come out shortly after I called to hook everything up and check everything out. The guys they sent out to work on my well was very polite and

I call them up to ask them to come out and take a look at my system..... I told them I would be there around 3:30 or 4 o'clock while they got there early and worked on the system for less than 15 minutes and left a bill on my door for a $190 all they did was check my pressure tank and to see if the pump was running..... I have a security system with cameras all over my property and inside my house and that's how I know they were there for less than 15 minutes and in all actuality it was less than 10 minutes..... I told them they can go jump in a lake....

I Called and asked for someone to come look at our well which was not working. I was told they would try to make it out that week but they were busy and may not be able to make it. If not that week though they would come the begining of next. I called Friday of the next week as I still had not heard from them and they said how about next week. We have been without water waiting on a service call from them that they apparently must have forgotten about. I will not attempt to use them again.
