I called from West Henrietta for a ride to Strong Memorial. The driver was right on time, called to let me know he was arriving and got into a sparkling clean van driven by a polite gentleman who also helped me to unload my luggage. The price was more than fair. I have kept the card!!!

Needed transportation to the airport very early in the morning. He called 15 minutes before arriving, was exactly on time, polite, and respectful. The van was very clean, the fare was reasonable and well worth the trip as to not inconvience friends or family at the time of the morning. 5 stars all they way!

My son had an interview and he needed a ride from his dorm at RIT to the office in Rochester. He called me to tell me he didn't have a ride 45 minutes before the interview.
I called Five Star to order a taxi and explained the situation.
The taxi arrived very quickly, got him to the interview on time and then called me to let me know he arrived at his destination on time!

Dennis is the best. When he says he's going to be there, he's there! And his service is delightful. When you really need a pick up at a certain time and can't depend on ubur or the general run of taxis to be on time, I suggest you call Dennis. Become a regular and you won't be sorry. He's my go to for airport runs.

I was lucky enough to stumble onto such a great taxi service. The guy who runs it gives you an accurate estimate of how long you have to wait until pick up, he arrives quickly, he's very friendly, he keeps a clean car, was very courteous and patient and gave good conversation. I've had bad cab rides before so it's worth it to spring for a cab company that makes you feel safe and appreciated as a customer. Especially if you're new to the area. Would absolutely recommend this company!
