Lane Custom Metal offers a wide range of powder coated finishes for aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel products. Powder coating is a method of painting metallic surfaces by spraying a free-flowing dry powder onto a treated surface. The three steps in the process are pre-treatment, application, and curing.
Lane Custom Metal Utilizes Flow Waterjet technology to cut unlimited shapes in virtually any material for all types of industry. Waterjet cutting is a superior machining process comprised of an ultra -high pressure water stream mixed with an abrasive material which will cut the hardest of steels to glass, rubber, stone and because there is no heat affected zone the materials inherent structure is unaffected.
Lane Custom Metal offers metal fabrication services and promises quality work on all fabrication projects. Fabrication is the process of building metal structures by the means of manually cutting, sawing, shearing and assembling the metal. The process is usually accompanied by an engineer, who maps out a plan for the project.

I just want to tell the world how delightful it was to have Lane do my metal work. I don't completely understand what went on, but it's Green Technology. I understand that it is good for the environment. It saves the planet from harsh chemicals, and that means a lot to me. He uses water jets for doing all sorts lovely things. It's hard to imagine how he does it!
