Since our early beginning in 1956, the mission at Acme Systems has been to serve our customers through the belief that we exist to serve. Our story is about four generations of our family working in the family lawn sprinkler business. This extraordinary family history involving four generations is an important part of The Acme Systems Difference that sets us apart from other companies.
Our service technicians can service all sprinkler brands and models including those installed by other companies. We have maintained systems for many customers for as long as 35 years or longer! For maintenance or service agreements, our office staff will automatically contact you by phone or email to schedule your maintenance appointment.
We are proud of our personal and professional long-term relationships that have been developed and maintained over the years with owners, contractors, and suppliers. When it comes to keeping your project on schedule, our installation department is very responsive and flexible for a timely and quality completion of your project.

WaterSmart Design mean that each system is designed to preserve water by using the most advanced water conserving methods and products. If you hire this company, they wear out their welcome because rest assured, they will be back, again and again and again... Product doesn't work and heads placed improperly. Example, installed head underneath mailbox so our mail was soaked daily until they decided to return. Another head installed outside of property line, watering neighboring tree instead of our lawn. These are only two of many examples of careless work. We are in year three now and they are still having to return to make repairs of their own doings. Will be hiring an alternative company. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. During spring service they installed a plastic cap on my sprinkler outlet valve which cracked within a few days due to the pressure exerted. This caused flooding and lawn damage in addition to wasting an unknown amount of water(I'll find out when my next bill comes in).
Upon trying to get ahold of them for weeks the President Tom finally got back to me and said that it was most likely due to whoever did the winterization the year before. He then threatened collections even though at no point did I indicate I would not pay. All I asked is that someone
