My experience with Audi Richmond was outstanding! Ken (salesman) was nothing but helpful and informative! Ken made my vehicle trade in nothing but simple. He was straight to the point, super genuine and was the complete opposite of persuasive! Throughout the entirety of the process Ken made sure to go out of his reach to see if I had any questions on the S4 I was looking into purchasing! Diego (sales) and Brad (service) are the best! I was in town for work when my A4 needed repairs. I could not make it to the dealership during service hours and stopped by hoping to be able to drop off my car. I was greeted by Diego, who kindly assisted me with dropping off my car and even drove me back to my hotel. (If I had to buy a new car, I would buy from Diego in a heartbeat! He genuinely cared that I was taken care of and I would absolutely trust him.) Our buying experience was nothing short of extraordinary. We were shown several options for the model we wanted. After we ordered our vehicle, Diego was in constant contact with updates and estimated arrival times. Once our vehicle had arrived, the paperwork portion of the buy went smoothly. Joe (with the finance department) got us the lowest rate possible and when offering us additional services for our car was very informative while not being pushy which was greatly appreciated. SCAM alert! I made arrangements to take my Audi in for service. When I called to make the appointment I was clear about what I wanted done: oil change and brake fluid change. I was given a price estimate for this work over the phone. All good so far. When I arrived for the appointment, my service consultant went over the planned work. The total price was much higher than what had been quoted over the phone. When we went through the details of what was planned, there was a 'Complete Fuel Service' included with a cost of over $200. I asked what that was and the service consultant

Highly recommend Audi Richmond’s Darianne! She was prompt and professional and was such a joy to work with. She helped answer questions before during and even today is helping provide the amazing service this company is known for. If you or your family go to anyone else you would be You are doing a disservice to yourself or them.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing!
What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car!

I had a superb experience at the Audi Dealership in Charleston when I drove home and had a tire sensor go out, so I decided to have my 75k service on my used Audi done at the dealership vs my normal visit to CarMax. Here's what I liked:
I made my appointment online and it was easy to change when I needed to reschedule.
The dealership is beautiful! And the service was awesome. I was greeted immediately and the service person texted me to let me know the status of my car. They even sent a video with the diagnosis explained by the mechanic.

You'll notice all the good reviews are for Audi sales. That's because Audi doesn't stand behind their parts and service. I had a spark plug break and ruin the engine of my Audi Q5 even though I had just changed them 17,000 miles earlier. Unfortunately, Audi's warranty only covers its spark plugs for 12,000 miles (yet recommends that they only be changed every 30,000 miles?!?) so the cost of replacing the engine was my responsibility. Let my pain be your free lesson.
Take your Audi to any local Euro car shop that uses Bosch parts since those are covered under a lifetime warranty

I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical my first time in for service here.
I had been jaded by previous bad experience at the Audi of Arlington, Va.
The reviews were not bad, not great so my first time in for the Xenon bulb repair was not bad.
I've been back several times for oil changes and I have to say, it's been an exceptional customer experience each time, mainly because of Christopher Alston, he's at the top of his Customer Service game and a great guy to work with.
I just had an oil change on my Q5 and when you use the Executive drive in service, you get in and out quickly

This review is for their service department. I did not buy my Audi from them but I moved to Virginia in the middle of my lease and ended up taking it here for all issues.
Brad in the service department, greets me by name every time I arrive. I'm in and out the door within minutes and presented with a comparable loaner vehicle.
My lease is up on my A6 in a few months and I wanted to buy a cheaper used car, but one of the major hesitations I'm having is that I enjoy the service so much here, I really don't want to give up my Audi now.
You'll never be treated more respectfully
