I am visiting family in the area and figured I would get some riding in. I bent a cog on my cassette while riding. I brought my Specialized bike in as a walk in customer. They had all the parts needed and I decided to go ahead and get a full tune up.
They were able to work me into the schedule and return my bike to me the same day, ahead of schedule and under the estimated price.
I was also given recommendations for trails in the area.
Great service and friendly staff. This is what a bike shop should be. Big kudos to both Steven and Dave.

I received outstanding service during my visit. Mr. David & Mr. Steven both provided an amazing customer experience. I am a daily shredder and hit a tree while out riding yesterday. This resulted in me breaking my right break lever clean off and needing to replace the whole thing. Like most, I didn’t know where to start. I called the store late yesterday to see if I could bring my bike in to go over options for repair. Despite being busy, they welcomed me in immediately to consult about my bike. Steven and David immediately made me feel welcome and started going over options for repair. Sure

We were on vacation in the Chattanooga area, doing several days of riding on local mountain bike trails, and my bike started ghost shifting and clicking during the second of our riding days. We took it to the Trek store hoping for a same day turnaround - since we're from out of town and had several more days of riding planned - and Stephen (Steven?) was able to look at my bike right away and straighten the derailleur hanger, straighten my rotor, and even clean up a bit of gunk on my cogs and chain while we waited. It took about 20 minutes. On top of efficient, he was also really nice and helpful

Was in Chattanooga visiting family and found out they had a bike in stock that I haven't been able to get in Atlanta. They were willing to assemble it so I could stop by and compare it to another bike I was considering, even knowing I was not expecting to buy it this weekend. Turns out the bike was better for my kid than I expected. I will be going there in the morning to take it home to Atlanta!

ALL of the guys at Trek Chattanooga are unfailingly friendly, helpful, exceptionally accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. In fact, I think Trek should produce a short video entitled "How to run a 5- star bicycle store" featuring this stellar staff! I truly cannot think of one thing they could do to improve: They are simply superb in every way!!
